We publish from primary regulatory and exchange sources and we name them. Government and regulator material - EPA, CARB, RGGI Inc., Washington Ecology, the European Commission, EEX auction reports, the UK Emissions Trading Registry, Statistics Canada and others - is used under the terms each body publishes it on, with attribution. Where a source's licence does not permit us to republish a figure, we withhold it and say so on the page rather than substituting something else. Regulatory documents remain the property of the bodies that issued them.
